Siskiyou County High School
The three story brick structure opened its doors to eighteen students on Sept. 5, 1893, and served until Oct. 3, 1916, when it burned. It was replace in 1918 with a larger two story stucco structure. (Cornerstone below.) This later became
Yreka High School
It was used until 1958 and was torn down in 1974.
