Le Village historique acadien, c'est quoi?...c'est quand?
Le Village presents the lifestyle, culture and traditions of the Acadians of Nova Scotia at the turn of the 20th century, approximately 250 years after they first settled in the Pubnico area. This is the longest established Acadian region worldwide, and is one of the few areas to which Acadians were able to return after the tragic period of the Deportation (1755 to 1762).HM Number | HM21NT |
