The Loyalsock Township High School boys' basketball coach for more than 40 years, Insinger is the all-time winningest coach in the state of Pennsylvania, with over 800 victories. As of 2016, he has 12 District IV titles, 25 conference titles, and he has been named Conference Coach of the Year 27 times. In addition, Insinger has 98 wins as a girls' basketball coach.
