ROA National Headquarters

The Reserve Officers Association of the United States was founded in 1922 by combat veterans of World War I at the request of their commander, General of the Armies John "Black Jack" Pershing. The Association holds a Congressional Charter to enhance the security of the nation by advocating for national preparedness, sustaining a strong Reserve force, and supporting the citizen warriors and their families who volunteer to serve and sacrifice for our country in war and peace.
