Vicente. 8 de mayo de 1753. Cura de esta parroquia desde el 23 de enero de 1793 hasta el 14 de enero de 1800Chihuahua. 30 de julio de 1811. Septiembre 16 de 1909. English translation:
The District of San Felipe dedicates this monument to the Father of the Nation, the Priest Miguel Hidalgo, on the first centenary of the Proclamation of National Independence September 16, 1910. San Vicente, May 8, 1753. Priest of this parish from January 23, 1793 to January 14, 1800 Chihuahua, July 30, 1811. September 16, 1909.
