1973 - 1986

A defensive presence behind the plate and in the outfield, Moore spent 14 of his 15 Major League seasons with the Brewers. Ended career ranked third in Brewers history in games (1,283) and seventh in hits (1,029). Finished among the top five A.L. catchers in caught stealing percentage in three times ('76, '85, '86), including a 49.2% rate in 1986. Also led A.L. right fielders with a .992 fielding percentage in 1982. Batted .385 during the 1982 postseason, with hits in 11 of the 12 games. Became just the second Brewer to hit for the cycle when he accomplished the feat on October 1, 1980. Holds distinction of being last RBI ever collected by Hank Aaron, scoring on a sixth-inning single on October 3, 1976.
