1915 and 1924
This ten-story Renaissance Revival Building was constructed in 1915 to house the Commercial and Savings Bank founded in 1903 by John Raggio. After a fire, the north portion was added in 1924. The property was purchased in 1929 by the Bank of Italy, later to become the Bank of America. State Savings, later becoming American Savings acquired the building in 1981.
