Tegelfasadens blå neonskylt fick Stockholms Stads skyltpris 2006.

The palatial building on the waterfront was erected in 1882-89 for the firm of P. A. Norstedt & Söner. The complex includes an apartment building from 1772 and a printing workshop from 1857. The firm of P. A. Norstedt moved to Riddarholmen in 1833 where it developed into one of Sweden's leading publishers.
