Constructed by Pelligreen Construction. Henry Hackman Hardware opened for business here just after the building's construction. The first business to occupy the corner storefront at Grand and Arsenal was the popular Sebastian's Candies & Ice Cream run by G.L. Loeffler. The second floor housed offices for physicians, dentists and podiatrist.
