Built 1909Designed by the architectural firm of Eames and Young, whose work also includes the Palace of Education at the 1904 World's Fair, buildings at Cupples Station, the Masonic Temple on Lindell, and the Marquette Building. Home to the first theater in the district, the Grand-Arsenal.
