These white marble pieces were excavated from this
site, and are remnants of the original Manufacturers
and Traders National Bank Building (later the Federal
Reserve Building). Once called "The Marble Temple"
the building sat at the intersection of Main Street and
Swan Street in Downtown Buffalo until it was
demolished in 1959
