33rd Ohio - Colonel Oscar F. Moore.
94th Ohio - Major Rue P. Hutchins.
10th Wisconsin - Lieutenant Colonel John H. Ely.
1st Michigan, Light Battery A - Lieutenant Almerick W. Wilbur.


Baird's Division was assembled on this line about 2 o'clock p.m., Scribner's Brigade being on the right. About 4 o'clock this Brigade with Starkweather's was sent forward to the ground of their morning fighting to support General Johnson's Division then in isolated position much in advance of the general line. Upon reaching the designated position the Brigade recovered many of its killed and wounded of the morning engagement. At dusk both Brigades became involved in the night attack of Cleburne's Division.
