The Brewers' second-round pick in 1974, Haas played 10 of his 12 Major League seasons in Milwaukee. Enjoyed career-best season in 1980, finishing with 16 wins, 14 complete games and the American League's sixth-lowest ERA (3.10) in 252.2 innings pitched. Started game four of the 1982 World Series. Compiled A.L.-best .813 winning percentage in 1983. Posted three consecutive years of errorless baseball from 1982 to 1984. Struck out 14 batters on April 12, 1978, setting a Brewers franchise record that stood for 26 years.
