Built in 1905

— Original location was 205 15th St. —

In the early 1900s, some families that lived in
large inland homes wanted beach cottages
where they could stay near the beach on the
weekends and during the summer. Permanent
residents moved in later. This structure was
moved by the City to Polliwog Park in 1987
and was opened as a museum in 1990.
