This monument erected in memory of those unsung pioneers who helped build the Pikes Peak Region, the infants born to pioneer families of this area, and those later residents, both known and unknown, who came to this final resting place: Blocks 20, 27, and 45 - 50. Dating from the 1860s.

Erected by the El Paso County Pioneers' Assn., Inc. Dedicated this 29th day of May 1993
