I Saw The Marker
This marker is located on 94 near Water Valley KY. Its right down the road from me, my home is actually a very old home that is/was located in Feliciana.

I have seen this marker, it's not far from my home I will get a good photo of it this weekend but if I remember well it says that Feliciana was chosen to actually be the state of Ky Capitol but then it was changed to Frankfort . This may not be exact wording but I will get a photo this weekend. It can be clearly seen right on the side of the road. On hwy 94
