The Atlantic Coast Line Railroad Depot was built in 1927 and used for a passenger and freight services. This structure represents the architectural style of the early 1900s; large extended eaves, outdoor platforms, segregated waiting rooms.
This building, constructed of red brick and heart pine, cost $13,207.00. The site was cleared by workmen using scythe and grubbing hoe.
Zephyrhills City Council accepted ownership in 1988 and moved it west 200 feet. This area is now known as "Depot Park."Restoration was completed May 1997.
