1849 - 1904On this site stood one of New York State's pioneer glass factories. Established in 1849, by a group of glass blowers from Pittsburgh, Penna., it operated until 1904. The principal output was glass bottles, bitters bottles and whimseys. Erected by Erie County Sesquicentennial Committee 1971.
