S/S Bee made and donated by Skrlin Coating and Blasting, Ltd., Niagara Falls, NY [lower plaque] Island X-8 honors RADM James C. Doebler (Ret.) for his participation in the dedication of the Stainless Steel Steel Bee Memorial on November 11, 2010. S/S built by Steve Skrlin and Victor Green. S/S Bee designed by Alexander W. Kravitz.
