The New York State Convention of Universalists has donated the land and buildings on this site to the Town of Concord for use as a public library of for other municipal purposes of benefit to its citizens. This site was the home of the First Universalist Parish of Springville from 1897 to 1924. Town Supervisor Ronald A. Wendel; Councilman Robert E. Kaufmannm oyce R. Smith, James Krezmien, Karl R. Lux; Town Attorney Dale J. Manchester; Town Clerk Mary E. Bolt.
