Circa 1681
Since the establishment of Hunting Creek Grist Mill prior to 1681, a mill on this site has served farmers. Known during the Revolutionary War as Murray's Mill, it supplied provisions to the Continental Army. Linchester also was a Colonial Port of Entry.HM Number | HM1MU |
