This building was constructed in 1925as a photo store and art galleryby photographer & painter Harrison Crandall.Crandall remained in business until 1958when the building was acquired bythe Grand Teton Lodge Company.Originally located near String Lake,the building was moved in 1995to this location and adaptively reused asthe Jenny Lake Visitor Center.This building has been placed on theNational Register of Historic Places.
