The battery served two James rifles, one 10- pounder Parrott rifle and one 6-pounder gun in this position from the morning of May 22 to about June 2, when the 10-pounder Parrott rifle and the 6-pounder gun were moved to an advanced battery. One section served the two remaining pieces in this position to the end of the siege, July 4, 1863. Reported casualties in battery during the campaign and siege, killed 1.
