Plans for the D-Day Invasion in World War II were developed by Generals Dwight Eisenhower, Omar Bradley and George Patton. Preparations for the invasion involved six camps located in central Louisiana. This work resulted in the eventual defeat of the Nazi regime of Germany and the liberating of the concentration camps. The generals view the corpses at Orhdruf, Germany in 1945.
