Original home built by Warner Bros. in 1923. The pioneering talking motion picture The Jazz Singer was produced here in 1927 and revolutionized the film industry. This building was certified as a Historic Structure by the United States Department of the Interior in 2002 and is listed in the National Register of Historic Places. Renovated by Tribune Company, 2002.
