in commemorating the history of the
United States of America
The Reverend Leighton Parks and Church Vestry
engaged architect Bertram Goodhue
and a host of leading sculptors and designers
to create this richly polychromed
Romanesque and Byzantine Revival Church
and Community House. They were
designed and built between 1914 and 1930
to serve and inspire a broad community
of parishioners and visitors.
