— Stop 7 · Springfield Experience Walk —
Constructed in 1929, the building at 95 State Street features a classical revival style of architecture. The eleven-story structure was built for the Springfield Republican as an annex to the adjacent State Building, which had been recently acquired from the Massachusetts Mutual Life Insurance Company. Historic details have been preserved and the building now serves as a modern office space for MGM Springfield.HM Number | HM2J44 |
