Tom Bradley Center for Student Life

Thomas "Tom" Bradley, the five-term mayor of Los Angeles (1973-1993), attended this
campus when it was John H. Francis Polytechnic High School. He was LA's beloved mayor
and responsible in large part for the city's explicit celebration of diversity. This building was
dedicated December 2017, the centennial of his birth, in order to honor him and continue his
legacy of excellence, inclusion and hard work.
