This library, by architect Henry Foeller, was completed in 1903. Oconto lumberman George Farnsworth gifted $15,000 for the building and gave the dedicatory address. The library is a beautiful example of the Neoclassical Revival style and is a vital institution in Oconto; its expansion in 1993 reflects this importance.
