Wilder-Holton House

The house was built by Jonas Wilder in 1780 and served
as a place for town and
religious meetings as well as an inn for travelers. The Holton family later acquired
it and owned it for over a century. In 1964 the Holton family sold the house to the
Lancaster Historical society. Today it houses the society's collections and exhibits
on town history.
