(Born circa 1849 - Died July 3, 1910)

The town of Stanwood, Washington was named for her. Fifteen days after her death the Stanwood town council honored Mrs. Pearson that referred to her as a "...pioneer and benefactress of our town...(whose) life work and best efforts have been dedicated to the upbringing of our social conditions and municipal progress."
