This mural is dedicated to the members of the armed services of the United States who have defended the cause of freedom at home and abroad against all enemies, foreign and domestic.

The installation of this mural was made possible through support from the Washington Metropolitan Area Transit Authority, the US Department of Veterans Affairs and the US General Services Administration.
