Cottage, 1911: ? ? ? Home, 1932The summer cottage was built on the honeymoon camp site of Ray S. and Theo P. Owen; the connected house was added to serve the family year around. Owen, professor of Civil Engineering, University of Wisconsin, was a charter member of the Village Board of Monona. The Owen family was part of the early community of the Frost Woods neighborhood in Monona.
