7003 North 58th Avenue
— Built 1919 —
Robert W. Cole bought three lots on the east side of the park in 1919. He hired J. C. Howell, a local architect to design the two-story building, and Robert Fultz was the builder. Construction started in June of 1919, and finished in September of that year, when Mr. Cole opened a general store. In the 1940's, the building housed a Sprouse-Reitz 5 & 10 Cent Store, and later Larry Glazman's Bootbarn.HM Number | HMKBV |
