In 1996, Harry Robinson, noted local wood sculptor, created from the trunk of a dying 200+ year old copper beech tree this work of art. Inspired by the following words from the gospel according to St. Luke.
"And suddenly there was with the angel a multitude of the heavenly host praising God and saying, Glory to God in the highest and on Earth peace, good will toward men."
