(reconstructed)
On February 8, 1754, the Brothers began construction on a "cabin for strangers"; they completed it the following day. It measured 8' by 8', had a fireplace and enough room for two sick guests. In July 1754, another pen, measuring 6' by 8', was added and used as a photograph, taken in the early 20th century, of one that was in the nearby storehouse. The dirt-floored, roofed hall connected the two, creating a "dog trot" structure.HM Number | HM106G |
