Eisenhower National Historic Site
— National Park Service —Dad preferred to take visitors over to the show barn to show his ribbons. Dad would climb into the corral with his bull and poke him in the rump with his shotgun until the bull would stand up. The Secret Service were petrified, but didn't dare protest.
