  1. @atheking88 The marker is of local interest as it relates to the early settlers of the Seneca Falls area. Along with the majority of the land we now know as the United States, Seneca Falls was occupied by Indians, and therefore no "white" people. When the early settlers came over from Europe and settled on this land where only Indians were living, it was significant historically when certain events occurred. The first "white" baby born in this area is only referring to the fact that only Indians, or "red" babies were born prior to that.
