Images Art Gallery has proudly designed and painted this mural depicting "A Day on the Trail." The Santa Fe Trail was a two-way trail of commerce and cultural exchange between the United States and Mexico from 1821 to the 1870's. Oxen or mules pulled the freight wagons over the hundreds of miles between Missouri and Santa Fe with bullwhackers walking alongside.
A special thanks to Charles Goslin for his artistic and historical knowledge.
