Inscription
This building was built and occupied by Forest Oak Lodge #123, Knights of Pythias, Domain of Maryland, from October 2 1911 until November 11, 1970. The building was designed by Architect H. S. Kinsley, and was built by Hezekiah Day, General Contractor who was a charter member of the lodge. The cornerstone was laid on May 16 1911.
