This three-story brick building was constructed in the Italianate style in 1881. The main facade is organized into four bays of one-over-one double hung wood sash windows with fan decorations at each corner. There is a decorative brick belt cornice between floors and a corbeled cornice below the parapet wall. Cast-iron pilasters with decorative capitals and medallions at mid-points are repeated at the second and third floors, although extensive remodeling has terminated the pilasters at the central main floor. Early tenant A.M. Williams operated an outlet for men's work clothes here.
