English:Ball Court TwoThis group, was built on a levelled platform on the high part of the ridge. The ball court, oriented east-west, serves as the structural axis for the complex. It features open ends, with a temple on top and to the west, and a possible steambath to the east, consisting of two small parallel structures visible in the background. There are passageways on both sides of
the group directing circulation in order to respect the sacred area of the court. Various structures flank these passageways; some have a circular layout while others have a rectangular one. It appears that initially the buildings had a circular layout, but time and contact with other regions, brought about the change from
circular structures to rectangular ones. As yet, it it not certain when these changes occurred, nor what the function was of the circular structures. The architecture of the group is austere and sober. It is unknown whether the constructions had some type of color finish. There is evidence

of two construction stages in the base at the head of the ball court. The projecting cornice found in the back part of the north parament exhibits characteristics which bring to mind the architecture at Tajín.An alabaster vessel, painted with red and green pigments and presently exhibited in the Regional Museum of Querétaro, was found in 1982 during the exploration of the dwelling located behind the temple.
