Inscription
One of the early families in Sonora was that of Isaac and Victoria Miers. They built the fifth house in Sonora. Isaac was born April 13, 1835 in Carrol County, Mississippi. Victoria was born December 11, 1841 in Painsville, Lake County, Ohio. They married in Madisonville, Texas, January 13,1867. Their children were:
