This building (1888-89) was designed by Robert Platt Daggett & Company, architects for the McKee Shoe Company, wholesale boot and shoe dealers. The Havens & Geddes Company, a large dry good wholesaler expanded into the building in 1911. The Meridian Street facade includes galvanized iron components and large windows to bring daylight deep into the building. The McKee Building was rehabilitated in 1982-83.HM Number | HM2G0X |
