Historic Site
This light standard was placed at the entrance to the Las Vegas Union Pacific Railroad Station in 1937. The Depot was removed in 1970 to make way for the Union Plaza Hotel. Mr. Frank Scott, Chairman of The Board of Union Plaza Hotel preserved this relic of the city's past; now it has been placed at this location to commemorate the 75th Anniversary of The City of Las Vegas.HM Number | HMW5N |
