This romanesque revival building, with outstanding brick masonry and exceptional stone carving and terra cotta trim, is one of the finest in Pioneer Square. The building served as an interurban railroad depot and ticket office until 1920, and was occupied during World War II by the Boeing Company. Restoration was begun in 1975.HM Number | HMWD2 |
