Built cooperatively by Butte and Glenn Counties, 1908-1911. Designed by John B. Leonard (1864-1945), civil engineer, San Francisco. Built by Cotton Bros. and Co. Oakland. Recorded for the Historic American Engineering Record, 1984. Replaced and removed 1987.
