Milwaukee Braves, 1956-1961
Spent more than half of his 11-year Major League career in Milwaukee. Appeared at six different positions in his six seasons with the Braves. Started games six and seven of the 1957 World Series. Spoiled Harvey Haddix's bid for a perfect game on May 26, 1959, when he reached first base leading off the 13th inning. His tenure in Milwaukee ended when he was selected by the New York Mets in the 1962 expansion draft. Voted the starting second baseman of the 1965 A.L.
