— July 1, 1898 - July 1, 1998 —

Dedicated to the Buffalo Soldiers, 9th and 10th Cavalry, and the 24th and 25th Infantry Regiments (Colored Troops) for valiant service in the Spanish-American War. They charged up San Juan Hill and El Caney, Cuba with Teddy Roosevelt and the Rough Riders.
