Constructed in 1907
The mule barn and the nearby livery stable were two of the most important building in the original Grand Canyon Village. In the early 1900's, when all travel within the village was by horse-drawn carriage, these huge barns were the center of all activity. Today, the daily mule rides into the canyon are one of the most popular activities in the park.HM Number | HMQGQ |
